Understanding brand perceptions and major challenges in the retail sector
The client challenge: A leading general retailer asked us to explore the strength of its relationships with key stakeholders and gain insight into their perceptions of the brand and what they saw as the strategic challenges and threats ahead.
Our approach: Working with the client, we identified priority stakeholders to interview. We conducted in-depth research to explore their views on the retailer’s proposition, business strategy and leadership team. We also looked at the relative strengths of the different pillars of the business and perceptions of the success of various campaigns, initiatives and innovations.
