Grant has an expertise in attitudinal research, data analytics, and psychometrics. He has BSc in Psychology from De Montfort University and MSc in Social and Applied Psychology from the University of Kent, where he specialised academically in social cognition. He has also participated in the Summer University at the Central European University in Budapest, alongside world-leading academics and early career researchers.

While at Research Stories, he has worked on projects for clients including the British Council, Empiric Student Property, and Signet Jewellers. His work focuses primarily on drawing insights from statistical data and understanding how people perceive and think about the world around them.

Previously, he worked as an English Teacher for Loeipittayakom School, which is based in north-east Thailand. He was also the President of the Amnesty International society during his final year at De Montfort University, for which he was awarded with the De Montfort Student Union’s Best Committee Member Award.

He is a Member of the Market Research Society. In his free time, he enjoys exploring arts and culture, trying out new places to eat, and is an avid follower of the NFL.
